Frequently Asked Questions
What happens when I use all my included SMS?
Sending pauses until your next monthly period begins, when the allowance resets. SMSuni does not charge an automatic overage rate and does not send a message it cannot fund. Subscribers can buy a 1,000 SMS top-up for $65 from the billing page; top-up credits never expire and keep you sending when the allowance runs out. Larger prepaid bundles are not sold at present.
Can I change plans anytime?
Yes. An upgrade applies immediately and the difference for the rest of the current period is charged on a prorated basis. A downgrade or a cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, so you keep what you have paid for.
Does an unused allowance carry over?
No. The included SMS allowance applies to its own monthly period and resets at the start of the next one.
